Buffalo native singer Ani DiFranco has been a trailblazer for women everywhere, Asbury Hall saved by DiFranco. Considering herself bis*xual, some of DiFranco’s music has focused on being attracted to women and that heart pounding feeling of falling in love. Songs such as “John Wayne” and “Both Hands” shed light on her bis*xuality and all of the confusion and angst attached to relationships. In the end, DiFranco broke the hearts of many women who has a crush on her. She wed Mike Napolitano about 6 years ago and had a daughter with hin.
